Measurement
- Frequency: Count of behavior occurrences
- Duration: Time behavior lasts
- Latency: Time from stimulus to response
- IRT: Time between consecutive responses
- Partial Interval: Any occurrence = mark
- Whole Interval: Entire interval = mark
- Momentary Time Sampling: Exact moment = mark
- Permanent Product: Tangible outcome
Functions of Behavior
- Attention: Behavior to gain social attention
- Escape: Behavior to avoid/escape demands
- Tangible: Behavior to gain items/activities
- Automatic: Internal/sensory reinforcement
Reinforcement Schedules
- FR (Fixed Ratio): Reinforce after N responses
- VR (Variable Ratio): Reinforce after avg N responses
- FI (Fixed Interval): Reinforce after N time

- Continuous: Every correct response reinforced
Differential Reinforcement
